its amazing Hakeem Is Still Faster Then these guys he trains...I respect Brook Lopez not his game but Because he never complains to the refs about fouls he didnt recieve..He Runs Down the court with out complaining Respect
God. If B-Lo actually used these moves in the post. He'd be shxting on people. Rolo actually does use these moves, A LOT. Maybe not all, but more than B-Lo.
the secret on hakeems low post moves, is how he catches the ball, most of the time he jumps forward to catch the ball while the defender has to follow and re-establish his defense position again, while u plant ur feet to defend, hakeem will immediately fake or if not he will just face you up
I damn near use Hakeem moves when I'm in the post she in playing basketball .you can learn so much from Hakeem ...my favorite post players are Kevin Garnet Shaq and the dream
them two should really go on the same team, rolo is more of a 12pts 10reb 2blks center type of guy, and brolo is like 28pts 5rebs 3blks type of center who should play PF and play 3-2 zone for defense.
On the last move, it seems to me that in the game that move is almost impossible, because you will be dropping the ball inside right while turning too close to the defender, unless there is another move to have the defender go left of the post man to make space to go right.
Genius at work.
Dream is The Master bestowing knowledge to the younger generation.
An honor learning to these legend.

Those brothers are so coachable.
The education these players receive is priceless

Hakeem in great shape
Hakeem had the agility of a guard; the rarest of big men.
Brook voice is deep as hell
estos dos en los 80' vieran sido el jugador numero 12 de cualquier equipo universitario...
Genius! Great tips.

It looks like The Dream can still dominate!

Hakeem looks like he's 6'10 considering that both Brook and Robin are 7 foot ...
hes 6'11 though
Hakeem is only 6'10
Which makes his displays against Shaq, Ewing and Robinson all the better 😮

All of a sudden everyone is working with the Dream after Kobe did.
Robin moves so much more mechanical than Brooke.
They barely have to jump 10 inches to dunk... I wish I was a 7 footer haha
I have to jump 38 inches to dunk, and I only got 28. I got short arms and I’m 5’9.
@@Aramaru-fq2gn Keep working on your vert! You'll get there one day :)
Everybody copying Kobe.
this is a sign of humility, copy the things that work
5 figure
Lol Robin looks horrible when doing these moves.
