La Promesa de lealtad a la Bandera Nacional es una ceremonia en la que estudiantes de 4° grado del nivel primario y el último año del nivel secundario de toda la provincia expresan su compromiso con la democracia, la participación y la convivencia desde la reafirmación de los valores de libertad, solidaridad e igualdad.
