I have this camera I still have not been able to find a location in my helmet or outside, or in my jacket that does not have roaring wind noise with the built-in microphone or the supplied external microphone. The camera itself works very well. It actually fell off of my helmet from the ball joint connection on the helmet clamp. It bounced down the asphalt road at 50 miles an hour and still works..
@@TinyDragon i’ve tried different density foams, I’m having the best result right now with a piece of sheepskin. I wrap the microphone in the deep sheepskin fur that’s about a inch deep, then I’m around it inside my helmet in the ear hole cut out.. that’s the best I’ve come up with so far One other problem I have with my camera is, it only makes three minute long videos one after the other after the other if I leave it on constantly. The cord that came with the camera is able to charge the camera, but when I try to go into the set up portion of the app online, it keeps telling me I don’t have a good connection..It has done that since it was new. The problem is, sometimes it does make long videos. I don’t know how to toggle between loop or normal without that cord connecting so I can go to the site and do the set up
Thats an awesome little camera! 1080p and you said it lasts/records 2 hours on a single charge? Thats really good! Now you and BlkJakk can make some "road trip" videos. : )
Very simple to use. I am fine with using the SD card with a computer to pull off the files, though I think you can save the vids to your phone from the app. Blkajkk is an app person and loves using the iPhone for everything... I prefer a computer to work with media.
Does it need to be connected to the internet to record? Does it really record over an hour straight? Almost convince in buying this Camara just because it states it records nearly two hours compared to others that only last around 30 minutes video recording but not sure yet...
no it does not need the internet. it connects to your phone via bluetooth so you can control it with the phone and see what camera sees (great for setting it up on ur helmet and getting it pointed where you want it, but after that I never used the app again). It records to an SD camera card that you can pull the footage off later.
hi,,can you help..ive bought prism tube ive mounted and got fone app..the picture looks good on fone app but its not recording ?..the vid time reads 00.0000 on fone app....I am waiting for my s.d. card to arrive so i can install and format it is this why it wont record ??...thanks Anthony
I just take the micro SD card out and put it in to my computer (via a usb card reader adapter so it is like a flash drive) and just view and download files that way. Much quicker than using the senna app. I only used the app to make sure I had the camera angles right the first time. Other than that I feel the app is slow and somewhat useless/clunky to use.
Anyone else using this camera that find is very stiff to turn on and off? I am using the helmet clamp and feel that if I were using the 3m sticky pad it would fall off. Also my speaker has stopped working so if anyone is not using there's please shout
It will loosen up… becomes almost too easy to turn on and off now. Not sure what the speaker issue is for you. My wife’s microphone was a little fuzzy last time she used hers. It is entry level. I have to say gopro has this beat.
Awesome looking camera 📷 Tiny Dragon 🎸🎵🎵📷 hope you get some great videos on it 🏍
Join me for a ride! I hope to do some various ones.
Dear Tiny, you made my day. Can´t start the cam with QSG. To less informations. But now it works. TKS from Germany👍🌹

Thanks for your detailed description of your Sena Prism Tube. Will it wirelessly connect to a Sena bluetooth integrated helmet?
I do not know. I don’t think so, but Sena could verify

put a piece of foam on the microphone that attaches to it… then mount that inside the helmet and see if that makes a windscreen for you

What does the internal speaker do?
lets you know when it is recording or recording stopped. I didn’t hook up the speaker bc i could feel when i turned it on or off.
@@TinyDragon ok. Thank you. I’m going to try one.

Hi Lenamusic... I have seen you around youtube before! Thanks for stopping by! Just subbed to you. Haven't you done some collabs with Rick Danner?
This camera could easily replace a go pro for filming music.... I am going to try it with a bass cover ;)

Nice Gizmo Mo.
They need a guitar mount for it.
@@TinyDragon Rig it to a Capo somehow. ?
i got my father a go-pro cam for his bike. he wanted one. i don't think he has ever used it lol. nice gadget.
Eric C loving this way more than the go pro bc it’s simply on and off - I rarely used my go pro bc of the start up connection hassles
Can this display a date time stamp?

Yes that’s why
yes and you want a video card that is high speed or U3 rated
How do you view your recordings

Speaker worked a few times but then just stopped so I guess it has a lose connection
@@malph65 you can buy just the mic and speaker from sena
@@TinyDragon ok thanks
