The conversation with SmallEtho is so much more fun to watch from Scar's pov then Grian's, Grian left out the part where Scar straight up lied to SmallEtho about where the enchanter was, I loved it. This session was the best so far I think, it was so caotic, I loved it.
They have their recordings set up so you really have to watch everyone’s episode to get it all. Honestly I’m all for it cause it keeps their videos from all having the same conversations over and over again.

I also think that scar is actually really good at surviving, he did a pretty great job in grians hardcore series and here aswell. The only difference between those and the other life series is that there's no stakes in these, in hermitcraft he respawns and in the other life series its just him that dies. But when there's actual consequences it seems that scar is actually really good at staying alive
Scar is phenomenal at surviving when he puts his mind to it, it's just that he doesn't need to most of the time and it's a Bit at this point so he thinks it's funny. People forget that he is in fact an insanely good survival player when he needs to be, and the Life series proves just how good he is at it. It's also that he's one of the most capable people with social skills on the server: he can talk his way out of /anything/, keep people distracted, and make quick getaways. His reputation as dying a lot actually helps him, because people underestimate him. They don't think he's good, and he is good, and then he undermines everyone else. There's a reason he's always lasted so long, and it's halfway his survival skills and halfway his ability to con people into not killing him. Scar's one of the most talented Minecraft players I've ever seen, and I will not stand for people saying he's bad at the game when he's genuinely, truly, really not. He plays dumb because it's funny, and he can be a little unobservant when he's got no need to be majorly focused, but when he is focused? Oh, he's terrifying, and he's so good at it. Scar's way better than he lets on. He does it on purpose. It's a brilliant strategy.
Never have I thought that being paired with scar made Grian survive the series to the point where they're the last greens Scar is truly an S-Teir player
They teamed together in the first season and were the last two standing. So I completely called this. They may seem like goof offs, but actually make a crazy good team.

Hey guys, if anyone wants to do a 3rd Life kind of thing with their friends, I have a bunch of ideas I made. AfterLife- Everyone starts with 3 lives. When you are on your last life, you become hostile and kill other players. The twist is that whenever you kill someone with direct combat, you gain their life. If a red name aggresses you and you kill them, you gain their life and they are out of the game. LifeSwap- Everyone starts with 5 lives. When you are on life 2 and 1, you become hostile and kill other players. At the start of each session, assuming at least one person is on life 4 or below, you spin a wheel to assign new life amounts to players. LifeHunt- Everyone starts with 3 lives. When you are on your last life, you become hostile and kill other players. At the start of each session, someone has a bounty put on their head. Every player’s goal is to kill that person. Whoever kills them gains one life. If the person with the bounty dies, they do not lose a life. If they manage to survive the entire session, they gain one life at the start of the next session. Please like this so Scar sees. Scar, if you’ve seen my comment, please bring this to Grian’s attention, I would love to see you guys use these ideas.
These are all great ideas. The only problem with LifeHunt is it doesn’t seem fair for the whole server to be after one person. Maybe if it was more of a boogeyman thing with an assigned hunter for each target? Or if it was like extra life hot potato and if you kill the target one session, you will be the target next?

Mabye with LifeHunt the one person chosen could try to kill the rest of the server instead of being hunted, or multiple people could be chosen to be hunted, or the one person chosen have special ability eg extra speed or infinite ender purls. These abilities could be randomly chosen from a list of like, 10 other abilities to make it more fair on the person chosen.
It's hilarious how this is all a huge misunderstanding on Grian and Scar's part, though I can still see Etho and Joel killing scar for the enchanter as soon as they get thier targets.
Scar complementing Jimmy for rebuilding the ranch is the best he truely have improved, and no matter how many times jimmy denies it he is a builder now
But first he has to believe it himself. It was both funny and a bit sad that Jimmy's immediate response was "nah, he's trying to be nice" But they still has to be cautious, they know Scar enough to know he was up to something
There are 2 Scars. The one on Hermitcraft that dies every 5 minutes and the one in hardcore series that just refuses to die no matter how much he tries.
You really never know with the series. Last season Cleo was the last green life and she started out as a yellow. So far the only Trend has been Jimmy getting taken out of the series first. 🤣 So we’ll see next week if he break that.

For the longest time I have wondered if Scar was as…nice as he seems in his streams and Hermitcraft. Well I am attending Play On Con with JoeHills and I straight up asked Joe and he truthfully told me that Scar is a really great guy.

Scar's hardcore series treefort is what got us to that beautiful mlg water bucket drop and suddenly all the anxiety he caused in that hardcore series is now very much worth it.
When you realized the pillar was made of wood, I immediately thought to dig down a few blocks on it and light it on fire yourselves, thereby burning it down from the top, but far enough away that it won't set you on fire. Actually a similar technique is used in fighting forest fires.

Hey guys, if anyone wants to do a 3rd Life kind of thing with their friends, I have a bunch of ideas I made.
AfterLife- Everyone starts with 3 lives. When you are on your last life, you become hostile and kill other players. The twist is that whenever you kill someone with direct combat, you gain their life. If a red name aggresses you and you kill them, you gain their life and they are out of the game.
LifeSwap- Everyone starts with 5 lives. When you are on life 2 and 1, you become hostile and kill other players. At the start of each session, assuming at least one person is on life 4 or below, you spin a wheel to assign new life amounts to players.
LifeHunt- Everyone starts with 3 lives. When you are on your last life, you become hostile and kill other players. At the start of each session, someone has a bounty put on their head. Every player’s goal is to kill that person. Whoever kills them gains one life. If the person with the bounty dies, they do not lose a life. If they manage to survive the entire session, they gain one life at the start of the next session.
Please like this so Scar sees. Scar, if you’ve seen my comment, please bring this to Grian’s attention, I would love to see you guys use these ideas.
These are all great ideas. The only problem with LifeHunt is it doesn’t seem fair for the whole server to be after one person. Maybe if it was more of a boogeyman thing with an assigned hunter for each target? Or if it was like extra life hot potato and if you kill the target one session, you will be the target next?

However if you gain a life and you are green, would you get a fourth life? what colours symbolises lives 4 and 5?

Mabye with LifeHunt the one person chosen could try to kill the rest of the server instead of being hunted, or multiple people could be chosen to be hunted, or the one person chosen have special ability eg extra speed or infinite ender purls. These abilities could be randomly chosen from a list of like, 10 other abilities to make it more fair on the person chosen.

For the longest time I have wondered if Scar was as…nice as he seems in his streams and Hermitcraft. Well I am attending Play On Con with JoeHills and I straight up asked Joe and he truthfully told me that Scar is a really great guy.

Scar's hardcore series treefort is what got us to that beautiful mlg water bucket drop and suddenly all the anxiety he caused in that hardcore series is now very much worth it.

When you realized the pillar was made of wood, I immediately thought to dig down a few blocks on it and light it on fire yourselves, thereby burning it down from the top, but far enough away that it won't set you on fire. Actually a similar technique is used in fighting forest fires.
