Good to see you guys back on the road. I was wondering if you have used the connect tech along the Canadian border yet. We are using a similar service but along the border there are times we can’t pick up any cell towers. Safe travels

We are actually heading to Bar Harbor, Maine 1st week of June to take the ferry with the Motorhome to Nova Scotia, Canada for a week. 18hr drive vs 6hr drive and 3.5hr ferry. We chose the ferry. I will definitely post on my FB and TH-cam how the service works up that way to keep everyone posted.

We are in Nova Scotia and the service was great for us on the road and at the campgrounds we stayed at. Much better than the campground wifi.

finally someone who is telling all the fees these people charge. Your the only video i have seen who says this. Also have you checked to see what your Wi-Fi is connecting at because the chipset used in this router has a driver problem for WIFI and WIFI output power it loses -10 db of power out put and it uses AC WIFI and should connect at least at 866mbs and up. But they are only connecting at a max of under 600 mbs and unless you are on top of the WIFI signal goes weak just one room over. And also could you share what kind of speeds you are getting with the service.

We are using this in a 40 motorhome and it works great up to 10 spots away. We are also using it on the road while driving for TV and internet. We get no buffering with average download at 858mbs and upload at average of 495mbs. There is also a router update I did with help from online support because the website is in Chinese so they walked my through click by click and made the unit so much faster. So it is really fast. We are currently on vacation in Nova Scotia Canada on Cape Breton island in a deep hole campground and have great service, much better than the campground wifi, so I can tell you they do have great Canada service as they advertise. We are currently watching TH-cam video’s and Roku tv on the other tv in the rig with no buffering. We are working on a new video to post at the end of the week and will go over the speeds

@@OutLawRVers lol I am from Nova Scotia and if you are doing those speeds here I can understand that because we have awesome cell and data service here. Do you happen to have the url to this website for this file because I used the newest one off the site and spoke to tech and they didn’t offer any other file especially off a Chinese site. I have been trying to help a friend in Texas with his service as I did the research to get him hooked up there. Any info on this site and file would be helpful thank you. Also hope you are enjoying your experience here in Nova Scotia.

The ConnecTen website has the full info including pictures of the Chinese website and exactly what to click on, the call center is great to help you walk thru the software and are 24hrs availability, you can leave a # on the website online chat and they will call back.
Wow your in NS thats so cool we just did the entire Cabot Trail today and are staying at Linwood Campground over the causeway. Loved the ride and the Glendora Distillery is great.

@@OutLawRVers glad to hear you are enjoying the Cabot trail. You would enjoy it way more during the fall Colors it’s very beautiful. You will find we are very kind and helpful people here. We love to show tourists this is a wonderful place to visit. And thank for the link is this the page you used to get the file. Just a heads up ty for the replies. We have already installed this latest file and are having the issues i stated to you. The only thing i haven't done is factory reset this router. Didn't want to mess with any settings just incase they have something setup up in it.

I was stuck and worked with them after a factory reset it took some time to get it done but the tech elevated my support ticket to someone else and we finally got it fixed after the software upgrade and it works so much better now.
