I feel all of these symptoms and have tried all of the antidepressants on the market, am on 2 antidepressants now, on a high dose, have had years of counselling, and still am not better. I’ve suffered from depression for 40 years and do have some happy times maybe for a few months in Summer, but for the rest of the year I struggle to stay alive. The only reason I’m still here is because I know what it would do to my kids and my husband. I don’t understand why they’d miss me, but they assure me they would, so I have to trust that and keep busy as much as I can and try not to think about dying, as much as I want to.

It MIGHT help to get your D levels checked. You might need more sunshine than most. It doesn’t happen to everyone but it does happen. It happens to me. Also the k2 and whatever facilitates proper absorption of vita D. I used a SAD light 18” away…you know a real lamp and used properly. I know it so.undos dumb but I just thought I’d mention it. Sometimes labs are inaccurate too, more than I ever realized in my youth. I moved from rainy part of Oregon to sunny eastern Oregon and lots of my depression lifted. Something so small but truly real. It’ll affect you physically as well as mentally. Just the sun!

Spelling seems fine to me, only the grammar in some of the speech bubbles is weird

FYI: I've been depressed for a very long time. Antidepressants & counseling have been very helpful. I have Medicare now & it doesn't cover counseling. It pays for my meds & nothing else.

Suffered depression most of my life, even with drugs I'm still waiting for the improvement that should be here, I'm now retired from a company that didn't give a shit about me after 40 + years of loyalty to the company, I have to wait for more than 6 months to get an appointment for council ling, I have had cancer, a heart attack, a below the knee amputation due to sepsis, life has not been kind to me, I am just waiting to die, to cowardly to end myself, NHS in UK is swamped with cases like mine, I'm unable to get the treatment I need, the USA has a very expensive medical system so good luck with that if you can afford it.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
