Well practically we can't feel it because if we leave an ant on a branch it will just move forward but it will be covering the circumference of the branch too not realizing that it is in a 3-D world(it would feel only the 2-D area). In a similar way, we can't visit the upper dimension to our 3-D world. In fact, we can't even feel the 3-D until and unless we go up in the space(imagine if 2 people start from 2 points on an equator which are very far away they will be ending up together when they move towards the poles...
