Im still not to sure if I pulled the infraspinatus or the teres major last weekend on the deadlift. I had been feeling a bit of pain while doing pull ups for a while, but I think that the deadlift was the unlucky excercise where I just happened to pull it. It doesn't seemed to be torned so hopefully I can be back in the gym in no time!!
Hi Becky, Thank you so much for uploading these video's! This was really what I was looking for. Mainly for the muscles between the delts and the lats. Because based on anatomy charts I couldn't really make up which muscles are the superficial muscles. So basically the only significantly visible muscles between the delts and the lats are the infraspinatus and the teres major, am I correct? I am looking forward to watching all of your other video's as well. Thanks again! Bram
