Here's a headcanon story for what I think happened: Varelt encountered the Smile Dog and attempted to kill it as she does for every universe she enters, but since the Smile Dog kills those who do not spread the message, Varelt, in a crazed panic told Limu about it in order not to die. I think that Varelt and Limu in this song are not smiling from their own free will, but rather are forced to bear grins until they leave the universe and break the Smile Dog curse. (They are currently unaware of this, so as per normal, they sing in in a frenzy) This was a really nice cover by the way! The high notes were awesome!

Wait wait wait.... This gave me an idea for a new mechanic. Its that the enemy will sometimes attack your bar icon and if it hits it it insta kills you. How do you counter this? With self damaging notes that you have to press in order to move your icon around the bar to dodge the attacks
