How do you link your kat walk to Skyrim vr

You need to set that for each game. Go to KAT Gateway app and follow the instruction in configuration menu which could be different for each game. Then you need to set that in Skyrim VR game accordingly. Like that:
Settings>VR
·Movement Mode:Direct Movement
·Direct Movement Mode:HMD-Relative
·Movement Speed:Maximum
·Physical Sneaking:on(optional)
·FOV Filter:To your taste(probably not needed)
