Using Moodle for Just-in-Time Training

This video will show you how to use your Moodle learning management system for just-in-time training. By adding guest access to your site and single course format course(s), you can create a QR code that links to a checklist, job aid, how-to video, set of instructions or whatever else your users might need in the moment. Then, that QR code can be printed, laminated, and posted next to the copier, forklift, or piece of equipment to which it refers. When any person- even one who does NOT have an account in your LMS- scans the QR code, they will immediately see the job aid, how-to video, or set of instructions on their mobile device. They get the training when and where it is immediately applicable.
