2. Coconut - 2-3Tbs
3. Small onions
4. Dried red chillies (Vatalmulakku)
5. Raw rice (Pachayari) - 1 Tbs
6. Asafoetida (Kayam) - 1 small piece
7. Tamarind (Puli)
8. Mustard
9. Oil
10. Curry leaves
11. Salt
12. Turmeric powder
13. Jaggery (Sharkara) - 1 small piece
