You got the dog’s name right, it’s Yeontan. The dog on music video is like a Double of Yeontan for the actual dog cant travel to Spain. The videos (both this & love me again) are shot in Spain. Yeontan is weak as he is very sick. Its very sweet of V to include Yeontan on his solo album. He’s the best dad (to Yeontan) ever

For me, Rainy Days portrays someone missing & yearning for that special person & wanting to reconnect.
Metrics on V’s face referencing him as having the “golden ratio” (perfect in terms of symmetry).
V painting the Alien figure on glass using a baguette as a paintbrush as did Picasso.
Controversial pros & cons calling V an Alien. I recall seeing an early debut video when the young boys of BTS were getting makeup & hair done goofing around and JK got upset and called V uninteresting and an Alien. The descriptive word took flight.
There are a lot of background references that jar your memories if you stop each frame and look for them.
I love V’s creative thinking, his unique spin on music & filming, his sophisticated & mature approach. His voice is the crowning touch whether it’s soft & honey toned or low & sensual, he can take you to a musical plane of pleasure & desire or playful interlude.
I am thankful for this 2nd Chapter where V has the freedom to present his style of music, by him, for him. His creativity & vision for himself is genius & I want to see & hear more. His style & selection of music may not be for everyone & will take more than one play to really enjoy it …….. but if you do, I guarantee you will have found a genre & an Artist that will calm your soul, bring you peace & bring enjoyment & pleasure to your soul.

RM called him strange - we do lose something in translation, though, because Taehyung did not look offended, he looked gratified so the word must have an affectionate connotation, In Run BTS it is amusing to see the members baffled by something Tae said and Yoongi having to explain what he meant.

But when I started watching their content from early days I was surprised that he is very bubbly.

In between Rainy Days and love me again is a track called Blue. I’m loving Tae’s story that he is telling us, I hope it has a happy ending. Love his voice, love his artistry, love his music, basically love this man he is definitely a one of a kind and he is bringing beautiful music back into our lives. Oh, Yeontan’s stunt doubles name is Rocky. Cute, but not Tannie, he couldn’t make the flight to Spain, poor baby has health issues that they haven’t been able to fix. Tae knew of them before he adopted him, man is a gem, risking his own heart breaking from eventual loss.

About the alien thing, it’s a continuous trend for V to be called an alien especially in his earlier days, BTS and ARMY would call him an alien as a little nickname and draw antennas on him as seen in one of their previous posters. In Jimin and V’s collaborative song Friends, Jimin says the lyric “Hello my alien” to V, this is because back in the past years he was very unique and unpredictable RM even mentioned that he was strange few times. He also had this made up this alien language and he would just say gibberish calling it alien language lol. That’s what I think the video is portraying I may be wrong tho. 😂

I like that idea...he;s on a layover from a relationship or a layover in his relationship. On the alien, he was referred to as an alien early on by members, he didn't like it. But i think his art is like that. This track is the first one i believe and the other LMA is the 3rd track

I like how you mentioned V was painting an alien like trying to reach out to Jin. If you listen closely to the background audio at the end, I think you'd hear BTS voices. I particularly can hear Jin's voice 💜

I think the alien is more likely about Jimin, who used to call Taehyung an alien because Tae is so... unique. 😄In the song "Friends" that Jimin wrote about his friendship with V, there's a line that goes "hello, my alien." I'm pretty sure the alien here is Tae, not Jin, but who knows?

Most people love their music loud but V makes music mainly for him. I love his vibe and I prefer his music 💜
