The Spurs are evolving as Wemby evolves. I trust the Spurs to try to protect Wemby's health and to build around him the right way.
It's crazy though the Suns just 3 years ago were in a really steep upward trajectory reaching even the finals. They should have kept Bridges
And Ayton
You don't get it. If Tre Jones was playing with the Suns, they would still be in the playoff. The Suns problem is not that they don't have a good point guard. Their problem is they don't have any point guard.
Learn from Houston (Harden Years) and Suns don't try and build a Champion team fast it won't work
I disagree, Spurs already have a core to build around.
they're just missing one Superstar to complete the core and build around.
I'd say Wemby, Trae, Devin, Sochan.
Acquire Trae, and build around those four players.
@@nWoPorViDa Nah I beg to differ, Tre, Jeremy, Keldon..., and everyone else on the roster are not
better than any player on a contender team potentially...Except for Wemby, I could see Devin being a good 3rd option, but that's about it.
There is no core to build around yet, a combo of Devin/Wemby is not good enough.
@@Leo-nc3yx
I didn't say Tre Jones.
Trae Young.
Keldon is trash, good for contract bait.
I said: Wemby, Trae Young, Devin, Sochan.
That's a good core to build around.
@@nWoPorViDa I think you misunderstood my comment...
Devonte can help them.😆
The Suns' front office wanting to play Booker as the team's point guard. Well, it backfired, and now Vogel's agent or something leaked that in order to save his reputation. Well done.
Anyway, if the spurs get a top 3 pick, they get Dillingham or Topic. If they dont, they trade it (and the Toronto pick if it conveys) for whatever of these stars costs the fewest assets; Young, Mitchell, Booker and Lauri
That Cam Payne move didn’t work out well for ANYBODY.
Talking about AE, he is the closest thing to MJ since Kobe, his skill set is just not quite there yet.
He has better athleticism than Kobe, which helps him a lot in terms of finishing under contest, and he’s a 2 way
just like both of them. If you want to see how athletic he is, just search the “AE crazy dunk” or something.
I would definitely not call it crazy when people compare him to MJ, even MJ himself wasn’t as polished
at the same age as AE right now. He has the competitiveness and talent that give him a shot of
becoming modern-day MJ, but of course, being the GOAT is so much more complicated than that.
I think too many people are projecting the personal favorite and the “Legendary “ of the past greats, so they can’t really give a
good comp for younger players. In terms of comp, I will look more into the size, play style, and athleticism talents.
And if you think he doesn’t look similar to MJ in those departments, I don’t know what to say😅
Zach Edy is the next player we should draft. Just my opinion.
The spurs can just have Jeremy Sochan be the point guard…. Oh wait
Are pgs are amazing all this crying about a pg is silly we need a lock to help wemby !!
Lol!😂 Tre is a great back up PG for the most part, the biggest problem is shooting…
You can have Tre on the roster if both our 3~4 can shoot 3 with decent %,but sadly only Devin is a decent shooter.
The spacing problem is easier to fix with a PG that can shoot 3 with elite %.
I believe we should focus on drafting a big man that can stretch the floor. For a while NBA teams focused on playing small ball. But we’re seeing a changing of the guard. Big men are evolving they can do it all offensively and defend as well. This is why the Nuggets are having so much success. They have Nikola 6’11, Michael Porter 6’10 and Aaron Gordon 6’8 that can cover both sides of the floor.
Awwww poor billionaire who thought he could buy a chip.
Now bring me Booker.
I was watching another video about the need for a point guard and Phoenix's situation. Look at the Lebron Miami period. They had a bunch of stars but they also had a point guard. They weren't fantastic, or anything it was just Mario Chalmers and Noris Cole. But they did their job as point guards with all the team's firepower and they went to 4 consecutive finals
Lol?Because LeBron was playing point forward his whole life…
The PG just worked as the second ball handler when LeBron doesn’t hold the ball.
I do not see anyone on the team who can play point forward like LeBron, not to mention point center like Jokic…
Wait…so having 3 ISO ball Superstars didn’t get the job done in the playoffs? Damn never would’ve guessed lmfao
Beal ain’t no Superstar 💀
@@keonjames4706 well he sure is getting paid like one
@@CheezusCrustIIso is Ben Simmons lol
There’s quite the production difference between the 2 my guy. Look if you don’t believe he’s a superstar that’s fine I don’t care. He’s been producing and getting paid like one for a while now. I ain’t gonna argue with you I said what I said.
@@CheezusCrustII That’s cool and all but you can ask anybody with real nba knowledge they’ll tell you Beal ain’t a superstar either
