    so do i .allready recontruc the engine and the sound cliclikg....
    allready the valve gap has been clear at 0.05 as the specifications off my model...any idea?

    Hey man what is or was the problem? I have exactly the same sound now after engine rebuild. I took it apart and can't see anything wrong. I think it maybe is the auto-decompression spring is being to weak. However if I rev it the noise doesn't go away hmm..

      hey guys, did you solve the problem ? I think it’s maybe decompression sound. I have the same sound in my husqy :/

      @@MrTonyBoarding Most likely it is just your valve clearance is too big. Check your valve clearance.
      I don't own the bike anymore but it's normal for the 610 to make some valve noise but not a lot.

    I have this bike , the problem ,this " tic tic tic " are valve rocker arms .
