Todd Talks - Todd's Mad at Dad, Don't Touch me

- Todd's Dad has to travel for work. While Todd still has his Hooman mom and two other kitties with him when Daddy has to go he still hates it. At the time of this video, I have been home for 3 weeks. Todd has always used the words he has to tell me how he feels about my trips. Before he had his "Mad" he found ways to tell me on other trips. He has said "No. No. No." when he has seen the suitcase. He has told me "Love You. No.". I am still not sure if he was saying that I didn't love him or he didn't love me.
Since he has and understands "Mad" that is his button of choice.
At the time of this video, Todd is a 5-year-old neutered male cat. Todd and his dad have been learning to communicate with each other since May of 2022 with the help of recordable buttons. We aim to let Todd express himself and tell me his wants and needs. Currently, Todd has 32 words on his soundboard. This channel is dedicated to Todd learning to “talk”. Todd loves his daddy so much! You can really tell in his body language at first he is pulling away from your pets as you say. Then, however, he can't resist and he has to brush up against your leg and get cuddles. So sweet!

Yes, he hates it when I leave and always gets upset. He has my wife and two other kitties in the house and is never alone, he just really loves his daddy.

Todd is still very logical in his reactions; he doesn't seem to be a moody or unpredictable kitty! It's a joy to watch the two of you.🐱
Yes, he is very logical but you can tell when he is mad or frustrated. He also enjoys being stubborn and telling me no, lol
Does he sit in your suitcase to try to stop you packing? Poor Todd, he doesn’t understand that you have to work to keep him in toys, treats, buttons and baskets. Have a safe trip.
He will sit on it when it's packed to keep me for picking it up, lay in my path to keep me from walking to the door, and lastly, lay up against the door to try and stop me from opening it.
Todd is mad and all done when dad bye soon. "Love you, no" could mean a question like "Dad do you still love me because you will bye soon" or Dad don't love me anymore because he will bye soon
