There should never be an "IF" when it comes to felony crimes like fraud and forgery charges. If you do not punish a criminal for their crimes they will undoubtedly commit them again. By not punishing someone all you are doing is ensuring that the person will have new victims in the future. It may not be your problem anymore but you allowed it to continue and become someone else's problem so don't pretend you have the moral high ground.

A guy who come back for money is delusional and selfish. Kim deserve to be happy with her new husband 💞

These stories dont make sense. Dont these courthouses require identification cards or papers before accepting these types of documents? What country just takes legal papers all willie-nillie like this?

Hmm, not sure if they could get away with it the first time since he was the husband and had proper id, but all these other stories where the in-laws or something file for divorce on others behalf when there's no way they have the proper ID. I guess maybe it's so that both the people wanting divorce have to come down to the office in person? Maybe they don't want them fighting in the office? Probably depending on people to have the common sense to know you can't sign somebody else's name on a legal document or legal documents would mean nothing. Heck, you can't sign on their behalf at all unless maybe you had power of attorney.
Unfortunately there's tons of people who are either so sheltered they don't have common sense, or they're so self-centered or delusional they don't know or care. This story comes across the guy as being self-centered and delusional. Most likely one of the worse cases of narcissistic personality disorder, which actually seems extremely common on these youtube channel stories, almost every villain of the story comes across as having it, which is why I started thinking to myself that money isn't the root of all evil it's narcissism, because it makes them only think about themselves and what they want and trick themselves into thinking they can ignore laws, rules, and morality because they're somehow above them or exempt. The fact that many rich people are treated and raised this way led to the saying about money being the root, but there are definitely poor people who have the exact same attitude. The "You're wealthier than me so I have every right to steal from you" people.

It's Japan. All they do is fill out a form to divorce someone. The same goes for marriage they just fill out a form and hand it in 😊

I gotta say, if you insert, without promptings, that you aren't cheating or it's not like cheating, you either are or are thinking about it.
