He has bipolar syndrome from the war trauma he had while he was in service. In the second appearance he is more weak and not as confident, which probably is his second character!

The last one,,,, the little chat they had. And how judge was smirking and getting into the discussion,,,,, it warmed my heart.. the memories they're reminiscing over, their youth.. younger days gone by, and they have the love of boxing in common, that. At least for a few minutes, took away any negative experiences they may have had...
My wife is from Long Island, huge Italian family. I'm from small town Oklahoma. Been married 10 years and our families still have no idea what each other is talking about. Cool place though (as long as I don't speak!)
It's so nice to watch and listen two man who talking about their youth or their childhood. And what's more beautiful is that it can happen in a courtroom. Very nice.
That's a crazy coincidence and I rescind my comment if true. 3 hours before you posted, on this video here somebody posted the exact same thing. It's a top comment so u should be able to see.

I actually watched the second video of Mr Lancelotti first before this, and I'm quite amazed that he actually looks a LOT different here compared to 5 years later
The 30 days jail at 86 took quite a toll on him. Dude lost all his spirit. He seemed so broken that it was sad. A korean war vet like mr Lancelotti was severely punished for a mild offence.
The thing is, if you get such a nice and emotional experience with a judge, you will think twice next time about speeding up to cross that traffic light that's just about to turn red. You will also more happily take responsibility for your actions and pay your due fines, rather than thinking "screw them". Well, that's what I'd like to believe.
I want to fly to Providence, get a speeding ticket & appear in front of Judge Caprio! I will pay all the fines he imposes just to see him! LOVE YOU JUDGE! ❤️❤️
I would so like to see this judge live, give him a hand! he revived in me the belief that there is justice and a human attitude towards all who need this attitude! I live in Minnesota and am ready to walk to this man!

I'm from an Italian family...the only thing that amazes people is how loud we r, and that it sounds like we're fighting
Ppl alwaaaaays think we're fighting. We're just talking with an extra umph.. completely a normal conversation!

I believe Rocco is natural born Italian, the accent is still almost pristine!
