I can feel, by the throttle manipulation, this sim brings a whole other sophistication layer of modelling compared to what I played 20 years ago.... the ability to track and fight in such close quarters with finesse Just Wasn't Possible back then. I Must dive back in... not to mention your gunnery... I was good back then, but this is great stuff. Gotta be an MK108 in there, yeah?
I don't know how you do it : D 4:07 in the middle of a fight with no energy and you still pull a reversal, low speed and on a spitfire dayum edit: that was a 2v1 and you killed the second guy as well, too good

Why do you use a trimmer / stabilizer during dogfight? Is it more efficient to use it then just pull the stick?
109s are trimmed quite nose heavy by default in IL2 GB. If u want to pull lots of Gs during dogfight i suggest u trim it to be not so nose heavy.
