Hello... I have my DL for Light & heavy vehicles... My DL for heavy vehicles has already expired (2012)... But DL for Light vehicles is still valid and going to expire only on 26-02-2024.. So now I am trying to renew the same... But the prblm is when I try to renew the LMV License, it shows that as my DL ( I think my HMV license) expired more than a year, I have to take learners License again and attend a re test for getting my license renewed... Why it shows so..? My LMV license expires only on 26-02-2024
Always consider our higher option, that's heavy licence expiry date is over. Pls check with RTO helpline, they wil guide you clearly

Sir, one doubt, when I download the renewal form, it is showing my old photograph (20 years old) on the form by default. Should I paste my latest photo over this when uploading. Also, same question with eye test certificate. Should I paste my latest photo and ask doctor to sign over it? Or old photo already given in form is enough?
We have to use the existing photo.
Normally it will ask us to upload our photos and signatures (more than 10 years,last changes).
Follow the steps as said in the video.

While applying for the renewal, if any recent updates done, the photo upload options won't come. Only need to upload our signature.
Other cases both photo and signature need to be uploaded.

For renewal we need to submit an eye test report. Address can be changed.. no issue. Additional 150 charges extra.
