How do you clean ur stone? I tried taking it out but i cant get the sides out lol. Theres a hole underneath to push up but whats the point when sides wont come out🤦🏻♀️
I was able get my stone out. It barely fit out. After I brushed off the loose bits I lightly used a pastry scrapper to remove anything sticking. Not sure if that is correct but it worked.
It looks like you were under a wooden patio cover. How much clearance did you have from the top of the chimney, and were you concerned at all about the heat hurting the covering?

You should get yourself a turning peel. Would make it much easier to turn the pizza and it'll stay inside the oven.

Looks like a great pizza. I have found 12 seconds works pretty wellb before turning. Lot of fun experimenting.......I just eat the mistakes.....

I just got mine, its great. I just trying to figure out how to cook with it on a lower temperature , I think by adjusting the flue on the stack?
I typically just add less pellets.
id only put the door on in between pizzas you need a round peel to make turning easier

Thank you! Yes we purchased a 12 inch pizza pan and use it as template. Once you have done it several times it becomes easier!

Hey the 14 inch is too large just so you have a solid answer, I bought one and my 14 is just a bit too wide. Just bought a 12 inch and it’s perfect

You can also use a brush.
