You heard the judge because the first defendant is not a pervert or a pedophile. He did nothing illegal. He's just living his life the way he wants it to be and if it's his property he can do whatever he wants on it. But I would advise him (nobody forcing him to inhibit his lifestyle) to just have a bit more consideration of others who are sensitive.
@14kchang The defendant is behaving like a pervert or pedophile by knowingly exposing himself to little kids. While it may not be "illegal" it is indeed morally disgusting what he is doing. And we wonder why young people are all fcuked up these days.......
@@Criminal.Lawyer.2024 You are an IDIOT! He is not a pervert nor a pedophile in any way. Just like 14Chang said, he is just living his life the way he wants on his property, if the lady next door has a problem with it she should put up a fence plain and simple. No Neighbor is gonna tell me how i can or cant dress on my property, If i decide to run around in my underwear, it is my right and i will do just that..
@Criminal.Lawyer.2024 dang!! Exposing himself to kids and acting like a pedophile??? Yall stop. That man didn't do anything illegal or immoral. She never said the children were exposed to anything. The parent saw it and didn't like it. If she could have called the police she would have. Just because someone doesn't like something does not make it wrong.
2nd Case: so glad Sister apologized and dropped the case. She couldn't understand that her brother was a loving husband honoring his wife\child and going through a terrible yet beautiful time in his life.
You can tell they are close but she needed to understand not everyone express their feelings and emotions publicly that’s why the judge said say that again aka it’s personal ❤ I hope the bro and sister are still close and no animosity over this lawsuit that she cancelled on air ❤
From the minute he found out his neighbor had a daycare he should have known to put some more clothing on OR get a proper privacy fence. He is ridiculous.

It's up to the woman running the business at home to put up a fence, not a man wanting to enjoy his pool in his own garden. If my neighbour ran a daycare out of the home, I'd be well peed off. The noise level from 8 kids must be horrendous.
I agree that he’s free to do what he wants on his own property, but at the same time I don’t think it would kill him just to slip on a pair of loose shorts if he’s working on the front yard . Speedos are basically under wear 🤔

Case 1: the verdict couldn't have been otherwise. But really, it wouldn't be challenging for the defendant to wear shorts over his Speedo, and then yank them off when he's in the backyard for his swim. And would he wear Speedos in front of his family? Otherhand - she's operating a daycare. And I'm sure the 5 - 8 kids can be quite loud when they're playing outside, which could be bothersome for neighbors lol.
Some people should move to or nude camp maybe walking around nude is something they want grown folk and other to see you get or kick out of it or more !!!! 🤔🤔
He is doing nothing wrong. Trying to make everyone do and cater to you culture is getting old. Would I like for people getting home at 1-4 am to be more quiet vs yelling? Sure, but it won’t happen. Keep it moving

So what on the first case what matters what he wears. Its his yard he has the right to wear what he wants to she needs to get over it mine her own business
I agree with the daycare teacher. First of all, it is very bad manners for an older gentleman to appear in THAT STATE in front of the innocent eyes of women and children. The gentleman wants to keep bringing up how "respectful" he wants to be towards his neighbors and, I'm sure, his desire to be respectful extends to women in general, since he is such a fine, upstanding citizen of the community...so HOW EXACTLY is it being respectful to your neighbor and her livelihood and these children (who I assume are very young and were effected by this situation, because now, they've lost their daycare friends) who are in her care, when you are prancing around in nude, in front of God and everybody, wearing VERY LITTLE clothing that is covering your fine, masculine physique, in your yard, where THEY can see it? As a woman, myself, I would DEFINITELY NOT feel comfortable OR respected if I saw a man in that state when in public....especially a stranger. I understand it is very hot where he lives and he wears this so he can jump in the pool and cool off....but SURELY he can find a less revealing swimsuit (now that he knows this is an issue) or he could apologize and promise only to do it when her daycare is not in session, as a compromise, or perhaps he could erect a privacy fence between their properties to shield them from that view or he will promise to only work in that apparel when the children are not there to witness him and she can pull her blinds. THAT would be the respectful and gentlemanly thing to do. WHY should SHE be sweet to this man, be a good neighbor to him when he just exposed himself in front of her and the children and cost her a hefty portion of her livelihood....and its over $5000 of income that she lost because three of the parents that had brought their kids to her daycare SAW this man, gardening practically in the nude (and they are Moms with young children who are witnessing this horrific spectacle and they reacted to it...so I am QUITE SURE these Moms didn't just put their kids in their car seat in the family minivan and drive on home with no reaction, having seen this spectacle. There was definitely a confrontation between the Mom and the man and this Mom clearly told the other Moms because the teacher then lost 3 of her customers....and he even admits that his choice in swimwear did NOTHING for the imagination....and they were understandably upset (and CLEARLY this is NOT the only time he has done this, because he claims that this is what he ALWAYS wears when gardening, so he can jump in the pool without having to change clothes, to cool off. Because that's not lazy AT ALL. Yet, rather than APOLOGIZING to these ladies for this offense and making this right with his neighbor, once he realized or was made aware of the issue, by saying "I am so sorry, ma'am, that my choice of gardening attire was so offensive to you and your client....let me make this right with you and I will reimburse you the money you lost and also talk to the mother and apologize to her, as well, and assure her that this will not happen again, going forward, at least not during the hours that her daycare is in session and the children are present to witness this lack of modesty and to please reconsider and bring your kids back to their daycare, because it wasn't their teacher's fault and she shouldn't have to be punished for HIS mistake. THAT would be the respectful thing to do. I'm sure if him doing this restored that lost $5000 in wages, that would definitely show him making this right with her and currying forgiveness with "sugar" rather than her suing him. If a man came to me with this speech and tried to make this right, I would have respected him for it.
She should have found out what the indecent exposure laws are in her city.

Then move to a different property
I be nude outside my house in Seattle and kids live around 😂
They can’t do nothin
He should not have to adjust his home life according to the business his neighbor is running from her home.
How about being decent. He's a perv or a pedo. All excuses why he can't wear shorts in the pool. Or he could be cruising Grinder style.
