- good afternoon friends and a very happy Wednesday to all of you!
been a pretty nice day for the most part; calm and just a little cloud around to keep the temps down a little. tomorrow and Friday are looking awesome as the High-pressure system moves over us.
hope your weather is lovely inside and out!
much love everyone. :)

All those sheeoaks and native grasses growing naturally and the calm bay waters such a beautiful place yeah some hot weather on the way its one of the 6 seasons we get hey Jon how did you go with the stewed rhubarb ?
aye brother, such a sweet spot we're in, and the proximity to some gorgeous walking tracks. pretty blessed we are. :) oh, the rhubarb...turned out awesome!!! thanks for the tip...i just snapped of 6 stalks and chopped em into chunks, stuck em in a saucepan and maybe 1/2 a cup of sugar...stirred it through and let em sit for about 1/2 an hour, then added just a tiny bit of water and turned up the hot(top)plate. ;) took only 5-10 mins til they softened. we served it hot/warm w/ cold vanilla custard. absolutely beautiful. first time ever for us tasting rhubarb and we're both in love w/ the stuff! love the sweet but sorta 'tarty' taste. thanks heaps for the tip topplate! :)
