Love those older vans / trucks as detailing rigs! Go through them once in a while and they'll never let you down, and look cool doing it!
Yes I really been enjoying the van not too big not too small just seems like the right fit at first I was kind of regretting that but I'm definitely loving it now
I've had local detailers leaving me like 5 negative reviews, it's very sad to see people always try to bring your business down when they see that things are going great, Am glad you were able to get your Google business back! Am surprised that the person still left a 1 star review even after getting money refunded.. keep it up and don't let them mess with your momentum.
Wow that's some super petty stuff to do to another detailer yes I was mind blown. But I'm just glad I got my Google business profile back that really had me stressed 😥

I have seven years detailing cars, number one always take pictures and video exterior and interior tires with damage and let the customer know. Never had an issue with no customers.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Almost definitely that was too mistakes too much since then we've been able to knock out some details and then share we don't miss none of those spots thank you for your comment and wish you nothing but success in your detailing business

O man, sorry to hear that. Recently, I woke up 5am to go do a van Interior. The customer didn't take the tools out, and it was a mess. This is the 8th time he does this. Note. He is getting a great price because he knows my family. I just decided to go give out some advertising and then go home to relax. I didn't do the van. Next time, I'm charging more. O I defenatly have lots of more stories. Keep positive and just laugh 😃
Yes sometimes they think you're going to just do the whole chores by taking out all of the tools and stuff I'm glad you passed that on never know if there's any nails or anything that might hurt you

Hello yeah I have a detailing business and I see what you are saying I've been detailing this car and I was cleaning the windows and I left smears on windows and the guy called me a couple of hours later hours
Yes, a definitely sucks to get some negative feedback.Especially when they're not understanding. I was pretty down but the negative feedback especially that review
I got a one star review from someone that thought I was a different detailer. I was able to track the person down and explain myself and she removed it
