You are very welcome. This video actually took me way longer than expected to make. But I wanted to get as much info as I could in there. Feel free to ask any questions or suggest topics for future videos.
Would be helpful in the future to note which rounds require an F1 to own and one's that anyone can own. Now that I think about it, a basic breakdown of rules & regs in the launcher world would be extremely helpful. The gov seems specifically vauge, especially when someone is new.
Could you use a .209 primer to launch the 3d printed caps? Would like to try making something like this for airsoft but I don't want to risk injuring players. Usual engagement distance is 100 meters.
Saw your posters at Knob Creek today, since I've got an M203 I'm itching to get some miles out of I thought I'd stop by. While there I picked up a few empty cases, the guy said they were from bean bag shells, and some .38 blanks to reload them. Any tips for reloading them, powder charge, payload weight etc?
No you cannot. First they won't fit in the chamber, they have a 7mm longer casing. And if you did get it to chamber, the higher pressures would just explode the barrel. There have been people that tried loading mk19 projectiles in m203 cases, and they blow their barrel off the end of their gun because the rounds are much heavier and harder material than m203 ammo
Brain tumor. Died a couple years ago. I forget which TY channel he was on that he said it, then he passed a year or two after that. He knew it was terminal. Sad to see him go. Would have loved a reboot of the show and it wouldn't be the same without him
That is the gunbroker name of MAST technologies. One of the got contractors that produces m781 ammo and some others. They sell to civilians through gunbroker, thanks to their CEO, who knows civilians like us need ammo for our launchers.

Great video. Looking forward to more. Especially interested in reloading those aluminum LTL, DevTec and M1029.
Thank you for these videos, they have been answering a lot of my 37/40mm questions.

Thanks for the update they have changed since I was in service
Very informative for a newb to this class of firearms 👍
Great Job on the video ! Really enjoy you advancing in the modeling of the nose designs !
Just stopping in to say this was really well done! I gotta check out how some of those illuminating chute rounds work...
I look forward to when I get a GL probably the B&T 37mm then get the stamp and 40mm barrel
I know the case is made in aluminum but the shell what material is it made of ? Aluminum also ?
How about a link to this Groggs?
Very interesting. Thanks. 👍🏻🇺🇸

Question can I as a civilian buy those less lethal rounds but no primer like the chalk rounds?
Yes
To make the frag rounds live, is that a form 1 procedure? If so, it seems hard to find shells to load...you have an email/website/company?
It is a form 1 to make a live HE grenade. If you are serious about it, m433 parts come up on gunbroker a few times a year
Ok. I thought you needed a federal explosives license
@@rogerwaters413 its possible to do it without one, but having an FEL makes the whole process a lot simpler.

Oh wow. Thanks. Maybe we could have a quick chat sometime. You have a website or a way for personal contact?

I think I bought one of those same cases. I'll see what I can come up with. I'll start by trying to find out what the original load was
Could you shoot high velocity rounds like the MK19 shoots out of a M203

@@ChevTecGroup Good to know and appreciate the response 💯
ChevTec Group, Wait, what? Mac died? When? How?

Is there a antitank round
M433 can penetrate 2" of RHA at 0° impact
Do you have a store?
Just a workshop. I pretty much just deal by word of mouth.
When you find expended 40mm grenade rounds in the burn barrel at the range....
I get lucky sometimes. Though I missed out on a bulk of it, a couple guys got all the expended flashbangs before I could get any.
everyone knows the green ones are acid rounds to dissolve zombies and strong B.O.W.s
Is it difficult to legally own a M203? I'm asking for a friend 😁
Not hard. Just prices and demand has gone up a lot lately. So it can be harder to find a receiver in stock for a reasonable price.
@@ChevTecGroup Thanks. 🤝👍🇺🇸
