    Hi mate, do you have a video on how to remove the headlight covers of Nissan Qashqai? Also, how to clean the headlight’s glass cover inside? Thanks would appreciate your vids for that.

      I'm afraid not mate. It's a delicate process of putting the units in the oven for short bursts or using a heat gun to melt the adhesive. Not something I'd try myself as I'd probably ruin them!

      It's hazy. The bulbs can't be checked as they are in a sealed unit. The only way they can test bulbs is the spread pattern of the headlights. So I wouldn't recommend fitting led headlight bulbs, the rest are fine. A bored police officer may pull you and say they're too bright...

    Hi love your videos. Just had a question I watched one of your videos in regards to the software update of Qashqai which have been affected by Radio and navigation auto restarting. I spoke to my dealership and they know it is just a software update that is required. But want to take out my radio unit and carry out a diagnosis and charge for diagnosis even though I have spoken to Nissan customer service and they said only an software update is required. So do you think This is the normal procedure for an update or the dealership are being difficult

    • @TheQashqaiGuy
      @TheQashqaiGuy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, call Nissan UK and tell them what's happening, they can call your dealer if need be and advise them

      @Protaj123 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your reply. I have made the dealership speak to Nissan and Nissan have told them about the software update. But the dealership apparently had their policy to take out the radio unit and carry out a diagnosis for it

      @TheQashqaiGuy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, don't take that. Get Nissan to call your dealership

    Hiya Dan could I get led light for my front and fog light for my J11

    • @TheQashqaiGuy
      @TheQashqaiGuy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes bud. Fog bulbs are in the description. As for headlights, use a site like autobulbsdirect to work out what type you need. Mine are factory led lights so I'm not too sure what the standard bulbs are, maybe H7 but I'd check first.

    My Nissan Ariya fog lights are bright white. I was hoping yours will have a special effect besides just whiter and brighter

    • @TheQashqaiGuy

      Unfortunately not. They look a lot better though, especially matching the led headlights

  • @Alwayzsmilin

    I assume this is just for looks? Cause those LEDs will barely emit any light on the road.

      @TheQashqaiGuy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmmm, maybe. It would probably need quite a bit of work I'd assume, like desoldering and soldering new ones onto the boards
