In tcs, there is TSLP which has multiple milestones and tracks as mentioned in my videos. There is a set of tracks or milestones you need to complete and give examination on that , passing which will give you the opportunity to upgrade to the innovator cadre in terms of compensation and all. Normally it can take them over a month before tcs releases the interview and final shortlisted results. Very hard for me to say, try to connect with other people who have given the interview so that you can keep yourself updated in case there is any news

It's hard to predict what can be the actual reason for the delay @gammabeta. Either you might not have cleared it, or the candidate pool is large so it is taking time to schedule. In my experience, for internal candidates we had to wait more than a month

Sir I gave java assessment where 25 mcq and 1 coding question. I solve 21-22 MCQ correctly and unable to solve coding question what is the chances of selection and next process?
Joining tcs digital is same as joining tcs as an organisation. It is a great organisation if you consider the scale of the company, the security etc. but it also depends on your aspirations as well. If you want to go for product based startups or product based companies you will learn more in the initial years.
It also depends on your current available options. If you have no other job, keep interviewing. Once you have multiple offers, then it will be a fair question to compare all the offers and decide
I guess if you have joined as an IT Analyst, you are above the grade of C1. As far as I remember, C1 is for System Engineers. These exams and paths are till C1 grade. You can look into Elevate Wings 2 program which are for senior associates. Do connect with your talent development officer for complete information on this. I have completed 18 months in TCS as a fresher and my overall IPF rating is 3.47. So, am I eligible for the Digital conversion?
I think the eligibility criteria is to have a ILP rating between 4-5 or appraisal band of B or above. What is your band?

It can take upto a month also in a lot of cases. At least in our time it took over a month.

It usually depends on how many people have been interviewed etc. Hard to say brother but in my experience it can take upto 2-3 weeks
