Looking good . I built a nice go kart in my teens with a lawnmower motor .originally was going to be a pedal car. since we made it out of metal in shop class was the deciding factor on a motor. But I remember bein a lot of fun building it. hope your buddy feels better

This is awesome! Very creative and i love the way you show it all coming together. Lots of DIY stuff feels like the video was an afterthought but this is very well put together! My only slight constructive criticism is the music choice, i was expecting something a little more relaxing considering your name, like some chillstep maybe. Anyway, loved it! Awesome job!
Thanks for sharing this video I'm 17 and I'm planning on making a wooden go kart this summer for my little brother and it will be similar design to your kart however it's going to be a gasoline powered kart so I'll be making plans for it soon.

@@therelaxingwoodshop7495 I'm going to use a 79cc 3hp engine on top of a wooden block bolted onto the frame also another thing is how did you made the front ends of wood that you mounted the spindles on like what kind of tool you use to cut it like that.
I bought the wheels on Amazon, they where for a wheel barrow but I thought they looked great for the project. Thank you so much for your comment. Take Care.
Thank you for watching Edwin . I’m not much of a welder myself. Simple stick welding. Sand down all the metal and a wipe with degreaser. My triangle is a magnetic holder so it makes it easier to keep together

Believe it or not we used aviation plywood for the skin. It bent beautiful round the back. Making it look like a Hot Rod 😀
