As one who had the privilege to spend weeks, and sometimes a couple of months at a time in La Libertad in the last half of the 1970's, it is always a special thrill to see the point go off. Did 'Big Red' get blown up? You had to have been there to know. Haha. I recall hearing some rumors years ago that could have happened during some especially trying times. Kudos to Bob and his son for carrying on.
