    Can this recipe be water bathed canned or?

      Wow great question to which I have absolutely no answer I’m afraid.😟 I have no experience with pressure canning or water bath preserving other than sous vide. I’m sorry I can’t help, hopefully some of our others viewers may be able to help. They are such a friendly helpful always eager to share their own experiences to help each other.     30 grams of sugar? Tried it and it ain't no way enough

      Thank you for your feedback John, we actually prefer the sour vinegar flavour on the beetroot without being too sweet. The beetroot is naturally sweet and the added sugar enhances that. Feel Free to add more sugar to taste if that is more to your personal taste. Thank you very much for taking the time to comment and for watching.;-))
