    Did you let it cure before adding the white paint? So it would be in 4 steps: do the sand first, let it cure, then add the blue let it cure, then add the white, let it cure and then add the clear? Looks Awesome!! Very cool!!

    • @waldosworkshop5441
      @waldosworkshop5441  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly I just kinda experimented, my first ones didn’t came out that good as well, so it’s more of a trial and error for me until I found the right ratio that works for me, I haven’t made one of these in a long time so I already forgot the ratio that I used, I’m not a big expert on resin but there are lot of videos that show you how to mix it right so just look it up and you’ll probably get a proper explanation than what I can give you😅

    Your work is beautiful but very frustrating to watch and try to understand what you are doing without either dubbing instructions or captions to read For instance I have no idea what you used , especially in the white part to make the waves. 🥲

    • @waldosworkshop5441
      @waldosworkshop5441  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry for the late reply I’ve been very busy with other things so I don’t have much time to respond, I just did it layer by layer making sure the first layer dries before I add another, all the layers are resin except for the one that I used for the waves, I just used a white acrylic paint to brush the waves on the resin, as long as you put a top coat of clear resin over it it should hold up just fine, the key chains that I gave to my coworkers a long time ago is still in good shape but I did notice that the blue color did fade a bit so I suggest using something else to add color to your resin
