HOW TO MAKE ROYAL ICING FOR BLACK CAKE / RUM CAKE

Ingredients
This recipe is for a 7” black cake
5 Oz Almond paste
4 Cups powdered sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp meringue powder
5 Tbsp water
Drop of mixed essence
Drop of almond essence
Food coloring (optional)
