You guys complaining about stolen music must be new to Vaporwave. Almost ALL Vaporwave music is originally taken from some 70s, 80s, 90s or early 2k music. Usually slowed, chopped, pitched, reversed, delayed, reverbed, and or revamped into a more modern rendition while still keeping hints of the original song. Hence, why these artist recreating different renditions of older music will never be famous or rich from the Vaporwave music they create. None of these artists have the rights to sell, and as long as their music doesnt go booming viral then they will stay safely under the radar. Vaporwave is also not just about making the music but a feeling for nostalgia from those time periods were alot of people felt things were much simpler. Edit: keep to keeping.
I think one of the pillars of vaporwave is freely sharing. Turning something that was meant for mass consumerism (80s pop), slowing it down and chilling it out, finding bits and pieces and rearranging them into a cohesive and many times, new song entirely. How many almost completely new songs come from within other songs?? I think its beautiful tbh

I wish I could know the lyrics
This is remix of the song "Sold on you" by Sophie and Peter Johnston
Is this M A S T E R P I E C E available at Apple Music? I've been looking for some hours and I didin't find anything...
No, it is not. :(
I see… Well, at least we have TH-cam so we can hear it ;)
Beautiful!. 💗.
Slowed down Sophie sounds like Sade.
A very basic and lazy sampling, better leave the original name of the song and then put "(Vaporwave ver.)" next to.
I'll take it, though.

Stolen music. th-cam.com/video/uZnKpbly2Yc/w-d-xo.html
It's not stolen you virago, it's vaporwave
Pretty lazy producing. Anybody can steal a song, slow it down and add reverb.
.🤔😑🖕.
Still sounds way better than the original
