Here I went for my Seltos' servicing at Kia Faridabad. They asked for not to record video otherwise they will blacklist my car from servicing next time. Know more about this in this video.

Also, you handled it very leniently. You should have dealt with them seriously! Being a customer that too with such following, why were you afraid of getting blacklisted or whatever they are threatening with. Your words can actually affect their sales and you should act like it.
If the one representing the masses feels weak in front of such brands, think about normal consumers and how they would be harrassed by these Korean brands! Please put them in the right place.
Those foreign companies like KIA & Hyundai provide feature rich cars but their after sale service or the road side assistence or claiming warranty is very poor hats off to mahindra who is providing very good after sale service ✌️

Labour charges almost very high approx 400% from outside mechanic. My trustable mechanic charge only rs. 500 as service charge per car( all brakes check or changeable oil change, coolant change, air, oil filter change tyres rotate , greased all nut bolts) I never trust on showroom service
