Langrisser Intro Collection

A compilation of intros from every major title in the Langrisser series.
Games included are History of Elthlead (1989), Langrisser I (1991), Langrisser II (1994), Langrisser III (1996), Langrisser IV (1997) and Langrisser V (1998).
Langrisser: Dramatic Edition on Sega Saturn was used as a source for the Langrisser I and II intros.

Wished Langrisser 4 had some kind of Animation Intro. Overall I really like how they made these intros! Gives me a certain feeling that gives me a great feeling! (If that even makes sense to whoever may read this.)

I really hope the movements keep going to have this translated, The Games that are translated are so great. Having the rest of the series to accompany it and even the cinematic's as well would be a great added bonus

Its a great shame that Langrisser or Growlanser never had full animated series wit Satoshi artwork. Man, the art style of characters is sooo goood. I personally preffer Langrisser 5 op. Another shame that Langrisser 4 didnt had any anime cutscenes (that part has eng translation path).

What is the relationship between History of Elthlead and Langrisser? I've already seen timerift 2-6 where Jessica mentions the "battle of Elthlead", but is the game a direct prequel, or was Langrisser's story simply based off the Elthlead lore with no direct tie-in?

@@lassellie5770 well considering the game is very old and not localized its understandable. Also langrisser 3 are not origin of bozel. Altmueler under control of alhazard posing as bozelwhile the real bozel doing something else.

Langrisser I is a great introduction, Langrisser II is a great sequel that draws even more fans, Langrisser III has an enchanting intro that draws idiots like me to buy Sega Saturn only to find out that it is a terrible game and a losing console, Langriser IV and V unfortunately, isn't much of an improvement from I & II though it went back to it roots. In conclusion, I & II is the best, III is a beautiful con job, IV and V are disappointments.
