  • @NomadFlow
    @NomadFlow 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Transitions are not really made by adding filters. You change and modify the type of transition in the "Properties" tab. You can also add text as it's own clip by going to "Open Other" and choosing "Text".

    • @GeekoutdoorsBrand
      @GeekoutdoorsBrand  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for pointing that out! All the Transitions (both Video and Audio) were under the Filters Tab even if you're not looking at the Transition Clip Properties however as you pointed out, there are multiple ways to do add them.

    • @NomadFlow
      @NomadFlow 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GeekoutdoorsBrand The Filters tab is not for transitions. They are just video and audio effects. You access the controls for transitions by selecting the transition clip that you create then going to Properties tab.

      In general it allows you to Scrub (move faster) through Clips.

    and every time I try to do what he says, it looks different in the app than what he shows in the video

      Yup software and things are constantly in change so things might definitely be different. And in that case, there may be newer videos on TH-cam that can provide more updated info.

    I want to make 1080p Video in 4GB RAM. Will it work?

    • @GeekoutdoorsBrand
      @GeekoutdoorsBrand  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe as I don't have that setup and it also depends on how complex your projects are. I'd recommend you try it anyways since it's free.

    I'm sure this is a good tutorial but it would be infinitely better if the mouse movements were less rapid or at least if the mouse pointer were larger, colored or something to make it visible. I almost always have to constantly switch to full screen and slow the video down to half speed to keep up with the lessons. This is not solely about this video. Almost all teachers, presenters do the same. They go way too fast.

      Thx for feedback! Definitely different for everyone as I've also gotten comments that my tutorial videos are too slow.
