Ed Sheeran wrote this song. And JK’s adlibs during Suga’s part is present in the studio version but perfected along the way. I remember reading - a fan account? When they recorded their performance at the Colbert show, Suga requested to redo their take after tweaking JK’s part. They are perfectionists, I’m telling you.

So, for the people that are still spreading the rumor that j-hope/Hoseok was originally a singer and switched places with V/Taehyung let me give you the right information.
j-hope/Hoseok joined the dorms in 24.12.2010. When he moved into the dorms he was the only dancer, the rest of them being underground/self-taught rappers trainees.
During that time j-hope/Hoseok started to learn more about rapping through listening and watching the other trainees have rap battles in their dorms. He would join in and the other trainees would help him to learn how to get better at rapping as well as writing music and producing. He in turn would help them with learning dance. His formal training with Big Hit included dance, rap, music producing and writing, stage performance, acting, modelling and vocal training as it did for all the trainees.
On August 11th, 2011 Bangtan released "Satoori Rap" as a part of "Hit It!" Auditions campaign. The song features SUGA/Yoongi, RM/Namjoon and j-hope/Hoseok.
V/Taehyung mentioned he had seen the video for "Satoori Rap" and liked it and when his friend invited V/Taehyung to come along with him to Daegu "Hit It!" Auditions, V/Taehyung did and end up being the only one from Daegu to pass.
He moved into the dorms in early September.

“MAKE IT RIGHT” is the 4th track on BTS' 2019 album Map of the Soul: Persona and is a collaboration with English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. Backed by synths and a simple repetitive instrumental, the song details the desire to better the world and improve relationships.
The title seems to recount Seokjin’s monologue in the 2017 Love Yourself Highlight Reel ‘起承轉結’ for BTS' Love Yourself era.
If we could turn back the clock, where should we go back to? Once we reach that place, can all our mistakes and errors be undone? Will happiness be ours forever?
We are going to develop essentially 2 passages:
ACROSS THE DESERT AND THE SEA
THIS WIDE, WIDE WORLD
This line is reminiscent of BTS' 2017 hidden track “바다 (Sea),” a song that identifies failure as the desert and success as the sea. The song speculates that, perhaps, the two are the same:
« Ocean, desert, the world
Everything, the same thing
Different name
I see ocean, l see desert
I see the world
Everything’s, the same thing
With a different name
It’s life again”
By referencing these metaphors they first created in 2017, BTS express how, regardless of the success and failure they face, they will continue to travel the world and its endless deserts and seas if it means finding a place to belong.

“Make It Right” seems to follow the narrative of Bangtan’s ongoing storyline, specifically the one recreated with their 2019 Save Me Webtoon.
In this universe they’ve created, Seokjin repeatedly wakes up on the same day, April 11, to attempt to save his friends from their fates. From committing suicide in the short film Euphoria : Theme of LOVE YOURSELF 起 Wonder to murder in the “I Need U” music video, the members are all haunted by their fates. After every failed attempt, Seokjin reawakes to the same morning and has yet to find a way to save those he cares about.

@@deezy3336 No my dear Jhope learned rap from RM AND SUGA because when he joined it was only a rap/hip hop group, he said he was intimidated by the then early rap members due to the influence of hip hop and wanted to learn as he was jus a dancer. however, as these earlier trainees started to leave as they didnt want to become idols with the addition of vocalist Jin and Jk (dance/vocal). It was then Bang PD began added further vocalists, V and Jimin who were the last to join and the decision was made to become an idol hip hop debut. Jhope was already deep into rapping.... but he did made his interest known to singing as he had done background vocals (spring day etc) and such will do so when the need arises
@sirenakun. Agreed, the rap line had already released Paldogangsan (the pre-debut one) before V got there.
Please do not spread misinformation, Jhope was always going to be a rapper and Taehyung was always going to be a vocalist. Not making sure that what you say is actually correct can spread misinformation as is apparent because someone must have told you that wrong information and now you are telling other people who are also going to believe it.
