Hopefully Boo is doing well. The Wagoneer is a really nice truck! I always say "you only need one good neighbor who knows your comings and goings" My neighbors and I look out for each other. I am not a mind your own business kind of person. We want to keep our neighborhood nice and quiet and clean the way its always been. I'm sure your neighbor will appreciate that you were concerned about him. Your niece is adorable and the party was decorated so nicely!

That’s not bad. I spent $300 even and feel like I got more stuff but, I shopped at Walmart, ALDIs and rest for meats at Food Lion grocery store because their family packs are $5/6. Not sure if you have a Food Lion also Safeway has $25 meat days for 5 packs.
I feel you about the home rental situation… I sold my townhome and had to rent it back from the person I sold it to while they finished building my house …and the rent was higher than the mortgage I was paying.. congrats 🎉on the new build!!
