i am chartered accountant by profession. making illustrations, designing flat icons and making 2D designs is my hobby. I used to make drawings during my school and college career. Its the right time to enter in animation industry of Pakistan.

i my self is an animator and recently my short animated film managed to get short listed in final 50 out of 1200 in NASFF final. and i was surprised to know that i was the only one who submitted animated short film in the entire country.

Salam brother! I'm in 12th grade. Can you tell me which university should I join to get a 3D Character Artist degree in Pakistan in 2023? I know I have to learn it myself, but still, I should have a relevant degree if I plan to get a job abroad.
Alot of people in the comments are talking about learning CG animation and no one is talking about learning drawing and hand drawn animation most of the animation in foreign countries is not cg animation because good CGI needs alot of money and only big movie studios have the money to make them and if you're thinking about starting with making your own movie with cg animation that's not really a good idea Because money so i recommend learning how to draw so we can make good looking animated shows and movies without having to spend millions of dollars I mean just look at anime look how popular it is and it's hand drawn.
I agree with you I want to learn animation but I also want to improve my basics like anatomy drawing and background drawing first ❤

HI, well said but i have a question????????????? i dont think so that anyone can be an animator without learning modelling, Rigging, Body mechanics, and basics of texturing, so what do u suggest that anyone must spend time on these things and then go for animation?
You dont have to learn things like modelling for animation but its better if you do because then you are not restricted to using free models made by other people.
