with how good this looks, i wonder if, because this was edited on videotape (recorded on film) so it has some higher framerate footage, we'll get to a point where these videotape scans will look truly pristine as film, while retaining the higher framerate, interlaced animations and speedups, i guess i can ask the guy who remastered the Magic and Star Fleet videos what third party black magic he does to assure videotape scanning never dies

I have most of Queen works on vinyl, CD and cassette. A Kind of Magic was the last release I bought and have mixed feelings about it. At that point Queen ran out of ideas and kept on producing radio friendly bubble gum music. Their peak of creativity had long passed when this music was created. I guess commercial music was a necessity to compete with younger bands releasing silly music and also all those mansions, cars, supermodels and art collections had to be paid for Lol.
This is great, looks better than anything Queen's been doing for their remasters.
