House dancing... Tribal dancing saved my life it speaks to my soul and im the happiest when I'm on the dance floor.. N yes black people created house. It only makes sense drums is the major instrument. For ever live house music. #spacecadets
Fran Sanchez You can learn just by watching. Though it's better to start off with live instruction in a style of dance first (pick any style that you like-- tap, african, samba, ballroom) and then slowly start adding moves that you see online into your repertoire.
@Proton1 she has to start somewhere! So tutorials(Jardy Santiago is a very good one here on YT and he's legit) is a way to start if she can't find a teacher. Once she got the basic/fundamentals under control then that's when you add your own flavor to it.
Yes, indeed, young Goddess. GAY black and latino clubs in Chicago were the birthplace. Frankie Knuckles and Ron Hardy popularized it at a club called the warehouse in downtown Chicago. The name House music is an abbreviated nod to the place it was basically born. Local producers like Chip E, and Steve Silk Hurley would take tracks to for the DJs to try out and it was less than a year before WMBX picked it up for their Saturday Live ain't no Jive mix. Just before this it was heavily influenced by all kinds of funk and disco/post-disco artists as well as the Italo-pop sound we collectively call pre-house because it was being mixed on local radio and house music was given a quick pass to on air play. I was 14 year old kid from the South Side, I grew up with this music. I've never known a life without it. I'm not sure I'd want to. Anyway, that's more than you ever wanted to know, I'm sure. :) I wish you many , many years of abundance, success, love, and music --Ciao-- th-cam.com/video/09L0l9ygLZM/w-d-xo.html
I associate this with the roots of my dance exposure...whatever you are asking is somewhat unreal to me....house dancing and it's evolution started with the culture as African and Latin Americans from the drums and the feel of the rhytym in your soul ...Period

look i don't "know" much about house dancing. i do it 2-3 times a week here in the chi, but for me its about the energy and vibe and people, not as a competition or performance, but what i will say is that as a someone who has studied both west and north african dance, that many of these movements and ways of using rhythm in the body have their roots in african dance
Who's the fella with the white stripey top? He's sitting at the left side of the screen at the start of the video. He absolutely kills. Loads of good dancers here, of course, but I really dug his style, and wanna see more of him, and if I knew his name, I could get my Google on :) Keep on rockin', everybody! Woot!
@@werightnow Does he get down with Yugson & Mamson too, cos they're some of my fave dancers? I thought I remembered their crew sharing very similar names, all with that -son suffix. Wanted Posse or Serial Stepperz, I think? Anyway, cheers for the ID mate - I know their names are in the title, but they're not individually Ided, so I appreciate your comment. Much love, all the best :)
take the "Gods of house" out of the title would be much more fitting for these guys! to a beginner they may appear to be Gods but to anyone who knows real expression, especially to house music can see the lack of it! I give them props for doing whatever they know
Most underrated eclectic house dancers on the Internet network. It's not the total of views, it's the quality of the dancers, very organic.
Like you see in here, House dance and music are not only the big thing it can also spill energy in a tiny, deep way! peace!

You do not see expression here? the fact that it comes off as an impromptu cypher says it all!
Maracuja Tambor they're just practicing. Catch them at a battle and c what it is. Sha has been around since the 80s!!!
Agreed . talented dancers for sure , but the term "Gods" lacks humility, given the hundreds of insanely talented house dancers on the planet.
When a women want a man just for...she can have,no Problem.☺🙈🙊🙉👫💑💪👀👃💔👍☝💋
You can't be serious. Dancing is what she's talking about. Only thing remotely close to music mentioned in her statement was rhythm.
God is only ALLAH.
