How to Add Glow Effect to a Sankey Chart in Tableau

Create a glow effect in Tableau by using the dual axis method. Adjust one of the axes so the smaller path becomes wrapped by the larger path. Using colors, you can achieve the glow effect.
Optional: Lay 2 Sankeys with glow effect on each other to create even more layers of glow!
