@@tonymartintribute Thank you, l was getting a bit disturbed that such a cracking tune has hardly any likes, for me I cannot understand this, maybe my ADHD kicks in l feel offended for Tony Martin plus he’s so underrated and Tony Iommi should be forever kicking himself since departing from the legend TM. I just love his style and how he turns a tune into a theatrical feel to it, even when he did ozzys own songs, l just loved his feel to it very much so 🎸🎶🇬🇧🙏🙏🙏
One of my all time favorite Rock vocalist's! Oh and I failed to mention, my favorite Sabbath singer. I love every era of Sabbath they are one of my top 4 bands. Just something about Tony's delivery and tone. Pretty much the only singer who sang every era with ease.

Peter has commented on the Chris Thompson version that's on youtube providing this information, his comment was so detailed I think it's valid: Peter Bliss 7 years ago ''I remember getting together with Chris around 1984 in my apt in NYC. He was working on tracks for what would become his Atlantic Records solo debut. I had already written much of the verse and chorus lyric & melody of the song. Chris came in and we quickly finished the bridge and we recorded him singing the track i had already created that evening. Eric Martin, newly signed to Capitol Records, recorded the song for his LP before Chris had a chance to decide to include it. Wonderful to find this version here. I can't tell you how much of a thrill it was to here that voice .... Chris has a mighty voice! Chris Thompson wrote this one with Peter Bliss, and Chris was also the first to commit it to tape in 1984, albeit just as a demo... this song in its original version can be found on the "Backtracks 1980-1994" anthology by Chris Thompson. Later in the 1980's, aside from Eric Martin, it was also recorded by the Scottish band Glasgow. Kind Regards from Italy, and a special hello to our Big Cat, Mr.Tony Martin! ;-)
Oh man! I love that song and the first Eric Martin Solo album. Pure 80s cheese. I would have never imagined you sang it too! If you asked me 20 years ago I would have never admited to liking it. Steve Lukather played the solo in the original and the great Tim Pierce played the rhythm guitar.
