Far too often
Jesus has set me free from hiding, lying, feeling that being a sex object was all that I was worth. I've never been married but he's freed me from an adulterous heart. And Jesus healed my son who had a bone anomaly which could have been cancer but by the second MRI there was no evidence of it ever having been there! Hallelujah. Thank you my Lord and my Savior, Christ Jesus!

Jesus set me free from addiction there's no other explanation
Amen me too! March 24 2023 Jesus showed up and my 13 year opiate addiction fell off of me, no withdrawals, no cravings, supernatural freedom and desire for Jesus! Wish I had believed Jesus was real and the only way sooner, but my brokenness allowed my heart to soften and see the God of the universe would bend down and save me ❤
Amen. I was addicted to nicotine for years and one night I woke up and a voice told me I was finished. I never touched it again. I was suffering from panic disorder for about a year along with Hypnic jerks at night making falling asleep terrible. When I was set free both my panic disorder disappeared and I sleep through the night perfectly fine now (haven’t been able to sleep for a long time) God delivered me from three things at once. All glory to him !

I wish i had that testimony. In bondage from porn for 15+ years since i was a kid. I’ve done everything men’s accountability groups, filters, journaling, medications, counseling, countless prayers and meditations. And im just tired man. Im tired of fighting. I’m so unhappy with my life, with myself. I’m not suicidal, i think about it, but damn my only hope is to be in heaven made incorruptible and in fullness of joy.

If you read “the discipline of grace” it can really help. It goes into more about the power of grace. It’s a beautiful book
Repent to God for making this your idol. Ask Him for His precious Holy Spirit and pray in tongues as often as you possibly can. His Spirit will do the work in you and change you from the inside. If you feel tempted, pray in tongues instead until the thoughts go.
I used to work in a warehouse and I would hear voices in my head telling me to do things and if I didn’t do what the voices told me to do, they would threaten me and tell me I will be going to hell and at that time I’d say that I was agnostic and the voices would tell me that if I didn’t do what they would tell me to do and I would be getting disemboweled as soon as I arrived in hell, until one day I watch a TH-cam video And it was a video of a preacher telling me to accept Jesus in my life and as soon as I did this, the voices I was hearing immediately stopped, and I was amazed, and this brought me to tears, and I also got clean from watching pornography!
I’ve been struggling with the sin of lust for 12 years. But after this teaching from God and through this prayer.
I have been delivered!!!

God set me free from numbing my pain with alcohol and also from a spirit of lust. I am free! When I stumble, I do not fall, and I truly believe that ”a righteous [wo]man falls 6 times and gets up 7.” Repent quickly and get back up. Believe that God will help you. Believe that He is enough. If you stumble, repent and ask for more help. Repent and ask for more help. Admit that you can’t do it and you need the help. After you battle a while, your spirit (God’s spirit in you) will become stronger than your flesh, and you will overcome!

So its saying that a righteous man, no matter how far and deep has fallen in the eyes of human (even himself!), he will get up again. But the thing is like what Scripture say quoted by the reply above you, you cannot use your own power.
Jesus has freed me from living for myself and being a slave to emotions. I am free from substance abuse, lust, and anger in Jesus name. He touches my depression and anxiety and makes me clean.

Just to add to this, I taught on this in my churches men's group. The original hebrew, if you look into the pictographic text, grave means protection by separation from things outside of God. Our power to be free from sin is not in our strength. It is in the separation that God provides that we need to live in.
There is so much more to explain but that is is essence of it. Power to live free from sin is provided by the separation that Jesus provides for us.

I really needed this. The past week i’ve turned away bit by hit from God. I was sinning every second, and realized how grace is power, and power from grace is the word of God. I have’t been reading the bible all week. I will repent and equip myself with the word!
I have been a Christian for 40 years I thought I was born again but I guess I wasn’t cause I wasn’t living a obedient faithful lifestyle I didn’t want to stop drinking alcohol and smoking weed and sleeping around with men until 16 years ago I married an alcoholic but praise the Lord on father’s days I just said no more i don’t want to continue being disobedient Christians are not to drink alcohol and smoke weed so I finally stopped I have no more desire to drink or smoke I’m done but could not have stopped without Jesus helping me I feel free praise the Lord

I don't know about smoking weed, but Christians _can_ drink alcohol. After all, as Christians, we _will_ eat, _and_ drink, on the New Earth someday. And what will we drink? Wine; the finest of wines (Isaiah 25:6).
There is no sin in drinking alcohol. The sin is in getting _drunk_ (Ephesians 5:18). However, those with an addiction to alcohol, should abstain from it.

This is timely. I reflected on this today after failing Many times to reach to the standard of upright moral living. I told God to help me and enable me to live for him because he is the one who called me.
The promises of the Word lead us to His Divine nature. His divine nature is what gives empowers us to live Life in the Spirit and Godliness. The promises gets us to Him. Then through the knowledge/revelation of Him we access His divine nature.
Brothers and sisters, in full circle, what has led to high numbers of our church family to leave the faith is that when just one of us, and obviously is more than just one of us, is not able to understand Grace and live in it, we become ineffective to support, to teach others about it to also wrestle against it in Christ that enables to do all things. It starts in each of us so we can turn to others that need that hand.
He is breaking my selfishness and my useless words and my idle time management, praise the Lord! Breaking impatience and frustration and any kind of anger! Praise God 💜
This podcast really showed up at the right time. I’ve been dealing with chronic illness for 6 years.. and when you started talking about what scripture are you believing in.. I immediately thought of Psalm 103:2-3. Which I read for the first time today. But I KNEW God was putting it in my heart when I opened two podcasts, this one and another one, and this exact verse was mentioned. God WILL heal me.. and has already healed so much of my disease with no treatment whatsoever. God has already done more than any doctor has done for me in 6 years. God is SO GOOD!!! 🩷

It’s crazy how even god can use YT to get a message through… I have been struggling in my own power again and again to stop the sin in my life…. Constantly told my wife I felt like Peter in the boat… I would step out with a powerful faith like I could walk on water following Jesus and then I would look and get distracted and fall. Jesus would pick me up and then I’m back on the boat again rinse and repeat… thank you so much for this message

Bitterness, unforgiving, masturbation, gossiping, idols, laziness, anxiety, pity, bad thinking, worry, idle mind, stagnation, poverty, depression, infirmities, possible mental illnesses, demonic oppression physically and mentally, lack of discernment, lack of fruit of the fruit of the spirit, lack of the filling of the Holy Spirit, Lack of identity in God alone!!!!!

I have been struggling with pornography, but God's grace has set me free, and His grace gives me the power to remain free from the bondage of that sin. God's grace empowers me to do so much more with my life than what I have been currently doing, allowing me to live a life that is pleasing and in accordance with His will.

Your better off going into a COLD SHOWER, than to commit the CRIME, so you can calm the FLESH DOWN in cold water with Jesus! He is there, while you are sinning against Him. You are still breathing. He’s never left you or forsaken you….. It’s people, who keep straying away from Jesus. 😢
Resist the devil and he will flee and take authority over those evil spirits, casting down (to Hell, The Pit, spiritual battle and chain them there until judgement day in Jesus Name, you may have to do it 50 X’s a day, but if you are faithful, it will eventually be less,) every VAIN IMAGINATION that exalts itself against the Truth of Christ!
Do a study on what is defiled and what is holy to God, with a dictionary too, Old and New Testament and live in those WORDS OF LIGHT! JESUS IS THE WORD AND THE DOCTRINE OF LIGHT AND ACTIONS OF THEM, just as the devil is the doctrine of Death and darkness and the actions of those Words, which is rooted in Pride, Vain Glory or Self Glory.
Why are you comforting yourself with the Flesh….. that DIES? You are serving Satan, death, in those pleasurable addictions. We are instructed to crucify the flesh daily and Live in the Holy Spirit with Jesus, instead. None of us can do it without JESUS!!! 🙌

I am an Near Death Experience Hell survivor, who thought was a Christian, when one day, I found myself held down on the floor, tormented by something (I didn’t even know they were demons then,) pulling me Down Strongly!!! 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫
Thank God I knew to call on Jesus! He came to me, but I did not expect to hear Him Say, I was going to have to go to Hell for Fornication!!!!!!!! 😱💀😱 I said, Jesus, I don’t even know what that is? Oh how I praise His Great Mercies, Love and Fairness! He Told me to go to The Old Family Dictionary, that ended up at my house after my family went they’re separate ways in this world and to look up the WORD and others. I OBEYED and found that I was for Sure Guilty! I repented and He spared me from Hell…….👏
Then months later, I was tempted of the same offense and gave in, after going through the demons holding and pulling me down toward the Lake of Fire before!!! I hate the flesh!
Then Jesus helped me through the Sanctification Process, to kick the desire for the comforts of the flesh permanently! I am praying for all to OVERCOME THE FLESH and DO THE WORKS OF HIS SPIRIT AND KINGDOM, purging it of wicked works INSTEAD with Him. This is the KEY!!! 🗝️

@@foxecarpentress4964 Nice to hear, that someone has that experience. This is so confusing to hear "Don't try with your own strength but with God's grace" and "you really have to fight against sin". If i try or not, it is always wrong tactic.
Grace does not give us the freedom to do what we want. It gives us the power to do what we ought!
God's grace has given me the power to overcome sexual sin in my life! There've been a few days when I've since failed, but I was supernaturally given power over the temptation that I didn't have before, and those failures don't crush me like they once used to.

Praise the Lord. Jesus set me free from 8 years of pornography and masturbation. It all started with me not even knowing what I was doing but as I went to church more often and purposefully, listened and read more of the word, i knew that was i was doing wasn't pleasing to God and i had to stop it. It was a long battle but by the grace of God, now I am free and free indeed.

As you were speaking the Holy Spirit brought something to my mind He basically revealed that i unfortunately spend most of my time thinking that i am bound rather than that i am free and that is why i have been stuck in a cycle of unhealthy thought patterns and addiction to maldaptive day dreaming.
Thank you so much for this podcast now i know that i have the mind of Christ and i am going to look up scriptures on what God says about my mind , and that i have been made new in Christ Jesus and i should walk in the identity i have been called to walk in .
One last testimony is i was listening to your sermon on bait of Satan and God revealed how much unforgiveness i have been carrying in my heart and i heard to forgive people who hurt me in the past. In obedience to him i started praying for people who hurt me and the torment i had been living in stopped .
Before that i was constantly in torment when i was awake and asleep in my dreams for about four years no and i had gone so far away from God without even noticing i was even becoming the very people who hurt me and started hurting others.
To cut the long story short my life has now changed so thank you for that sermon and thank you for yielding to the Holy Spirit for i did not even know i had not really forgiven people until my eyes were opened as I listened to you.
This is an amazing teaching. I have followed you for almost a year now and every single time I hear you teaching, something comes to life in the inside of my inner man. Thank you for your life, and for your flat form that help me to walk with Christ more in His image and likeness. To God belongs all the glory and honor. God bless y’all.
I’ve been a believer for a little over a year, and God set me free from so much bondage and sin, but there was always one thing that I really struggled with. Out of a desire to live holy, I fought with all my strength, and continually went to God. I knew that his grace covered me, that I was forgiven, that he provided escape for those in temptation, and that I was being transformed into his image, but I had never had that revelation that his grace specifically was my power to overcome. It was right in front of my face too, as I have spent hundreds of hours in prayer and reading. After seeing this video, I immediately went to the scripture with a new understanding of many verses which I had read so many times. This verse specifically has been on my heart and mind, in confirmation of your message. ' And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so
that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 10 Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong. -2 Corinthians 12:9-10. Anyway, I am coming back some time later to share that God’s grace has empowered me to overwhelmingly conquer in these things! I wanted to give this testimony as praise to God, and a thank you for your ministry!
I would also like to share this for anyone looking for the same freedom. Grace is “being given something that you didn’t earn”. In this case, we didn’t earn that strength, but God gives it because our Heavenly Father gives good gifts to those who ask him in faith -Matthew 7:11. So believe that God gives this strength, ask him, and walk out of the power of his spirit!
I don't struggle with a vice but I think I'm living for self because I don't obey a lot of the nudges of the Spirit. Something that the Spirit drew my attention to is that the first sin was of disobedience. Look how that damaged mankind. NO SIN IS TOO SMALL. Even if others are doing worse, it doesn't make yours any good. I can't wait to be stronger in the Word to help others.

It’s important to go a step further because I knew in theory for a long time that God’s grace included power to overcome sin but did not know how to take hold of that grace. You need to lay down your pride. You need to completely stop seeing your moral nature as being remotely reliable or good. You need to start each day as discouraged with your own nature as a convicted criminal drug addict who has hit rock bottom. Allow the word of God and Holy Spirit to convict you of the horribleness of your sin. Then invite Jesus in faith to live within you and pledge yourself to Him for that day and do this continually whenever temptation comes.
Why TH-cam why bother showing me this. I've overcome things and you know this everyone trapped in the matrix I hope y'all break free the sooner the better.

Powerful message; I felt renewed when you began to pray and simultaneously felt and jab to rub and remove something from my eye . Praise be to Jesus who has conquered the grave, repair all debts, forgiven all inequities, and who has established his grace within us; and that through seeking him in prayer and meditation on his word has given us access to the power necessary to defeat sin and rule over that it may have no mastery over us.

Absolutely beautiful finally someone gets it, I have been preaching this for a while nobody wants to hear it they just want to continue in their sin!!! You did leave out a couple of details but that would have made this video a lot longer, about 100% we could live righteously like Jesus and he specifically tells us we can like you said we have to believe believe that God can strengthen us and he gives us a new heart which changes us now it's not us following on our own it's the spirit in US because now we live in our Lord and Savior Jesus now we can walk in righteousness absolutely beautiful, I'm so tired of hearing people say you can do whatever you want live the life you've always wanted you're saved by grace it's okay it never did go well with my spirit something was just not right with that. I really hope this opens up a lot of people's eyes there's no reason for people to be in bondage and sin no more that's done and over with move forward with Christ!!!

And yet, when in simple, child-like faith she grabs hold of the hem of Christ's garment, she is instantly and permanently healed. And I loved the way that this moment between Jesus and that precious sister in Christ was so beautifully, and so tenderly re-enacted in "The Chosen." Just beautiful. God is so good.

Read the book of romans especially chapter 6-8. We are submitting our flesh to the Lord and asking him to be LORD OUR FLESH. The flesh is corrupt and it rebellious. The MIND OF THE FLESH CANT SUBMIT TO THE 'SPIRIT' OF GOD because it is corrupt with SELF that's why Jesus said we must be BORN AGAIN of the SPIRIT. THE MIND OF THE SPIRIT SUBMIT TO CHRIST AS LORD OF OUR SPIRIT. Read romans 8:5-13, galatians chapter 5. When we submit our spiritual mind to Christ and walk in love SELFLESSNESS through calling on the Lord in belief and reading the word of God we receive deliverance of SELFISHNESS through the power of the Holy spirit. SIN IS SELFISHNESS AND PRIDE. WALKING IN THE SPIRIT IS SELFLESSNESS AND LOVE. All the character of the self/sin/the mind of the flesh is selfishness it screams out ME AND PRIDE. Read genesis chapter 3 where it all started. If you want to be delivered from and dark emotion: anger, lust, bitterness, unforgiveness, pride obey Christ by walking in LOVE and SERVANTHOOD with the help of the Holy spirit. Roman's 12::1-2 we submit the spiritual mind and body to Christ 🙏🏼
I needed to hear this today! I find myself falling into trying to do things on my own, not intentionally, but it happens. When I slow down, I catch myself and realize that it's in God's hands and in His timing. I just need to do what God calls me to do and through His grace through faith, it will be done if it's in His will.
