Anaconda Choke from Turtle. Seated Katagatame. Dave Schultz strangle. & More!

Anaconda choke and Katagatame attacks from the Front Headlock position against a turtle opponent.
This class will focus on using the Anaconda, Seated Katagatame, and the Schultz Choke to strangle our opponent. We will also work on chaining our attacks and seeking Back Control as we follow our opponent's reactions.
It is strongly recommended that you supplement this lesson with our previous video on Turtle Back Takes:

1️⃣Part one introduces our first attack where we set up the Schultz Choke. This technique is commonly used to not only submit but also to create pressure and set up the gator roll. The gator roll often takes us to the inverted North South position where the Anaconda Choke and other front headlock submissions are commonly established.
2️⃣Part two continues to the Anaconda Choke. We will look in great detail on how to set up Inverted North South as well as how to deal with common issues when applying the Anaconda.
3️⃣Part three shifts to the Seated Katagatame. This submission is very often finished from a guard position on our back with very similar mechanics to the last two chokes.
4️⃣Part four offers a common follow up entry to Back Control when we fall back and cannot finish the Seated Katagatame.
