Iv'e been up and down the coast in OR and this is definitely Big Sur. This video takes shots from multiple places in Cali per other comments.

Now I'll admit, after seeing Yellowstone two minutes into a video that is supposedly about the Oregon Coast, I lost interest in the video. I lived in Oregon most of my life but am now in Idaho. I miss the coast so was looking forward to watching your video of the places in Oregon I love so much. While you have a few minutes at the beginning of your looped video showing portions of the Oregon coast, the video quickly departs the coast and suddenly I’m seeing scenes Oregon’s Painted Hills (central Oregon), Yellowstone National Park, the Devil’s Tower (Wyoming), what appeared to be Bryce Canyon (Utah), etc. Why you advertised this as the Oregon coast is beyond me. I was very disappointed.

I live on the Oregon coast. This is not the Oregon coast, some of it is along the Columbia Gorge wich is 2-3 hours inland from the coast.
