BTS’ main goal in attending the UNGA conference on Sustainable Development as Korea’s Youth Special Envoys is to raise awareness and give voice to the thoughts and well being of young people across the globe by using their platform as global superstars. They did a great job and have put across the hopes and dreams of the youth to everyone in the UN chambers and to those who sat and watched their speech and presentation. 15M viewers. That’s a feat in itself! Ending their presentation with the PTD performance is the cherry on top of everything else. They filmed this on the Sunday morning. They started at 1am and then got a couple of hours sleep before continuing at 8am. There are 7 real nickel-bronze doors at the north entrance, and they said it was donated by the Canadian government. There are four bas-relief plates on the exterior side of each door, each symbolizing peace, justice, truth, and fraternity.
