August 3rd is now the City of Las Vegas Pre-trial. From the incident on Feb 14th. This is different than the one he is in custody for at the moment.
If diabeties is in the DNA what does it matter if the mother has a high sugar diet? Type 2 diabetes does not have a clear pattern of inheritance.

Even though he called the bailiff a pig, at the end asked that same bailiff to put double cuffs on him. I would have ignored his request, however the bailiff did accept his request and gave him double cuffs. It goes to show that even when Chili is belligerent, it's purely shown that the bailiff is a officer of the Court, but first he's human.
He also doesn't seem to know much about diabetes either, at least about as much as he knows the federal law and court room decorum, and procedures

I believe Chilli finds being in Jail difficult because every inmate he comes in contact with in Jail is a mirror image and reminds Him that he is also a Criminal.
Really a shame. He appears to have a degree of intelligence and if he wasn't so missed up in the head and could focus on something useful, instead of some get rich quick scheme, he might have become successful and respectable.
I wonder what his family thinks.
If he kept his mouth shut and not mouthed off about hating all cops, the judge might have gone on a bit easier on him. I hope his next jail time is for a year or two in prison.

I'm not sure what, exactly, is going to be considered "transparent" in Cheech's app - but I think my idea is not only more profound and realistic - then anything he could ever come up with... If the app, the 360-camera visor, the board game - and the ground breaking book he's working on are anything to go by - we have nothing to worry about. He doesn't do his own research - he's all about stealing other people's ideas, other people's donations and hoping nobody peeks behind the curtain.
