I prayed for my mother to get her promotion, which would allow me to live with her and mashallah, she got her promotion, so I pray I can move soon if her deployment schedule (she's in the navy) does indeed die down, allowing me to move in 🙂🙂🙂 (but also there is so much I still don't know 😔 I'm trying to learn so, if anyone would pray for me it would be greatly appreciated 🙏) (thank you to everyone who has helped me!! this edit was made 9 months later,, ❤️)
Amazing. You're so young and so wise masha Allah. May I know what first interested you in Islam? You can still become a Muslim, learn to pray etc. even if you are living with your dad and stepmum. Allah does not want things to be difficult for you so you just do as much as you can. Also as a new Muslim you are not expected to follow everything straight away, it takes time to learn. I know of someone, in England, who became a Muslim when he was 14 . He went on to become extremely knowledgeable in Islam and now he teaches others. His name is Tim Humble. Look him up. He has his story on becoming Muslim on TH-cam. He also has quite a few other videos but I think they may be too much for now. Just try to start by learning the basics. Listen to videos on fb from OnePath Network, Eman channel, Free Quran education, Ilm feed. May Allah make it easy for you to follow the right path and turn your parents and family's hearts towards him too. Ameen.
I converted to Islam 23 years ago when I was 19. My family was against it too. Best decision ever! Wishing you the best! It won’t be easy but it’s worth the struggle!
