I just started this 2 days ago. I went to two classes (1 free). My next one for the 2 classes per week is on thursday. I really liked the first class I went to. The coach was very helpful and the staff and others were very welcoming! The second class was ok. The coach was fairly new. I feel like she reallly wasn't watching if I did the workout correctly until i stopped and looked confused. I almost fell off the bench 3 times trying a balance exercise and I was right in front of her. Only after the third time is when she noticed and questioned, "What happened?" I haven't felt good or better about myself after a gym before until I went to orangetheory. Overall, I think I will keep going. Their heart rate monitor helps me when I am walking outdoors, too. I try to stay in the green zone as much as possible.
thanks for the informative video
You're welcome. Would you buy an orange theory after watching the video?
@@Vettedbiz most likely not. It's not in my wheel house to run. Nor do I have the bankroll to start x amount of gyms
